September Approaches...:)

Hello friends
Just thought I'd drop everyone a little note, about what's going on.
Youth in Action
The C.E. committee would like to offer a jr and sr Sunday school class this year, and I was asked if I would like to teach one of them...I decided, after much deliberation that I would step back, and support the CE folks by encouraging you to try out the new programs, instead of running Youth In Action along side...it was not an easy decision... but I pray that the teachers will be blessed with your participation and that you continue to grow on your individual spiritual journey's.
as for
Youth Group
I plan to hold a planning meeting next week with the leaders, and if all goes according to plan, we will start Sept 14th...keep and eye out for more notes, or the blog.

I trust everyone had a busy, yet enjoyable summer...looking forward to a great year of Youth Group
thanks for your time
take care
bye for now

Youth Group 2007 in review

The year has been another busy blur...hard to believe that 365 days have whistled by.
Thank you for your continued support; financially, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Our group has been blessed to have dedicated leaders in Marlene Porter, Angel Pulsifer, Brian Crouse, Laura Mappleback, and Mark and Pam Davidson...leaders that really care about the youth and each other...
Thank You and the leaders for your efforts.

We have added to our program, with the use of a laptop. We continue our blogging, and have entered the era of Facebook and Msn.
We are continuing relationships with youth that have moved on in their careers and education, while building and growing new relationship with these new mediums.
We have kept very busy home and away, with an array of fun activities.
We are looking forward to what challenges and adventures will bring for this wonderful band of youth this coming year.
